Streams of Hope
What is Streams of Hope?
Streams of Hope is a community development agency intended to meet the growing needs of the urban Townline area. The neighborhood immediately surrounding the elementary school at the intersection of Division Avenue and 60th Street is faced with many economic, relational, social, and spiritual needs.
Hillside church has been active in this community for several years through Kids Hope, GEMS, and Bible Club activities. Many people who live, work, or worship in the Townline area are dedicated to building true community, but they need additional help to be successful. We are confident that God intends for Hillside to have a significant role in building His kingdom at Townline, and Streams of Hope is one channel available to accomplish this.
Streams of Hope demonstrates God's love by serving the Townline neighborhood with a stream of services, partnering with current programs to promote a healthier community.
